I was a Project Manager for a number of Projects in the Cybersecurity group. I built my own Dashboard in a couple of afternoon quiet spells: 1. Extract data from Excel/Project 2. Some simple Data Analysis for things like deviation from baselines etc 3. Present that data to me (and anyone else that cared) which I would then use to create weekly/monthly reports.
